The Extraordinary Out of the Ordinary
Nov 25, 2018 • Pastor Hubert Ulysse • 2 Corinthians 12:7-10
The delusion that we face is that we will be most useful when we have eliminated all of our weaknesses and conquered all of our problems. Usefulness and weakness are constant companions, so we shouldn’t be found guilty of making our circumstances better than they are. When we are honest about our weakness we find great strength in Christ.
We need to be confronted by the truth of what is success in Christ. Success in Christ is losing ourselves. Not worrying about our legacy, the prominence and respect, but looking to the needs of others and letting Jesus work in the midst of our mess.
