This Bible study, by Deacon Rob Severance, focuses on the ninth commandment, "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor." Using false or deceptive testimony for personal gain brings real consequences. God forbids corrupt communication; we must pursue truth, kindness, and mercy in interacting with others and maintain pure testimony, even in persecution. Ultimately, those who walk in and speak the truth will be sustained by the Lord.

In this study, Brother Kevin Sherry explores the very open-ended nature of the commandment, "Thou shalt not steal," from Exodus 20:15. The study illustrates how one act of sin often leads to another, and how stealing covers much more than material goods. We are called to be God's representatives in this world, walking in honesty and giving - not taking - as His faithful stewards in this life.
