When God calls us to perform a particular task, he will provide the means to do so. We can work towards and plan with knowledge that God will give us the resources necessary to complete it. Qualification, money, or where the laborers will come from are not valid excuses to delay on what God has purposed us to do. It may not come immediately, Nehemiah prayed and fasted for 4 months before the opportunity came to address the king regarding the thing God laid on his heart. We prepare in faith, God provides accordingly.
