The international ministry has an administrative staff that works in support the International Elders. There are host of people that support the international aspects of the ministry both spiritually and financially: particularly in its communications and administration. Their focus is to support the International Elders in their function as the spiritual leaders of the entire worldwide ministry. 

Of the various departments and offices that work in direct support of the International Elders and ministry, there are a few that are also crucial to its function:
The President of the Board of Directors
The Vice President of the Board of Directors
The Treasurer - Board of Directors
The Secretary - Board of Directors
