Works of the Holy Spirit Pt 2

The world could not contain the works (and this doesn’t even mention the sayings) of Jesus, yet Jesus chose to guide the church into all truth by the Holy Spirit. It would seem then, that the revelation given to the early church which now forms our New Testament is everything we need to live as Jesus intended until his return. Out of the countless amount of wisdom and knowledge God could give, he preserved for us what we have today. Jesus spoke to us the specific things his church needed to be healthy, make disciples, and be ready for his return. The Comforter receives from Jesus that which Jesus desires to impart to his disciples, just as Jesus received if from the Father.
