Praying for the unbeliever is such an important part of seeing them saved. We know this because Jesus teaches us to pray for them. There is a passage in Luke and in Matthew in where Jesus tells us to pray for those whom he is drawing. They each reveal something about the importance of praying as we seek to spread the gospel.
We pray to God, the Lord of the harvest, to bring laborers into the vineyard to work it. There is a large task at hand and we need as many people as possible to endeavor with us.
