FBB1-5-3-01 Repentance From Dead Works

The principles of the doctrine of Christ start with the feelings of shame of one’s works before God.   Then with a person’s reformation from these shameful works, a person is motivated unto godly faith (thus inheriting God’s promises) as shown by their resulting good works.

FBB1-5-3-02 Faith Toward God

When a person knows that their sin will subject them to the wrath of God, they are then convicted to seek eternal life and escape this wrath. Then they come to know that there is salvation from God’s wrath through His Son Jesus Christ. They believe that the sacrifice of God’s Son will take away sin’s sentence from them. They then commit and trust their souls to Jesus Christ and the sacrifice he made to grant them eternal life.

FBB1-5-3-03A Doctrine of Baptisms - Part A

There were many forms of baptisms used in the times before and after Christ; but only one baptism is referred to as the ‘one baptism’ in Christianity as per the letter to the church at Ephesus.

FBB1-5-3-03B Doctrine of Baptisms - Part B

When a person has partaken of water baptism into the Body of Christ (Romans 6:3-11, Galatians 3:27, 1 Corinthians 12:5&12-14, John 14:1-4, 1 Corinthians 10:16-17, 1 Peter 3:20-21), they have also received the spiritual pouring out of God’s spirit prophesied by Joel (Joel 2:28-32) and many of the other prophets.

FBB1-5-3-04 Laying on of Hands

This lesson will concentrate on the doctrine of Christ Jesus and of the Apostles, knowing that in their time they were aware of these prior uses of administrations of the purposes of laying on of their hands. The intended purpose of the act of laying one’s hands onto another was to appeal to the Holy Ghost (Spirit) to move and affect in a certain way that would be perceived as God’s will or purpose.

FBB1-5-3-05 Resurrection of the Dead

This lesson will concentrate on scriptural descriptions and avoid using religious (non-biblical) vernacular (lingo).  To properly understand the importance of the two types of resurrections, one must understand Christ’s resurrection and water baptism in His name.

FBB1-5-3-06 Eternal Judgement

From the time of the first man Adam, death reigned because of sin.  God ordained from the beginning that sin may not inherit eternal life, therefore, He removed Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden before they could eat from the Tree of Life and live forever (with sin).

FBB1-5-3-07 Enlightenment

The Purpose of the Light of God:  It is God’s design that a person must seek to find God. A person cannot find their Godly purpose in this life unless that person makes a conscious effort to find it.  God provides the truthful way by which a person may find Him, by spiritually illuminating this pathway unto Him.
